Wedding Coverage
Weddings typically last around 10 hours, covering getting ready, the ceremony, location shoots, and reception formalities. Coverage time starts from the first location (e.g., groom or bride prep) and runs continuously. It cannot be paused between events. If you'd like us to stay longer, additional hours can be added. Unsure how many hours you need? Share your ceremony and reception start times, and we’ll help draft a timeline.

What is your shooting style?
We take a documentary storytelling approach—capturing candid, genuine moments as they naturally unfold. We combine this with editorial-style portraits to bring out your personality. Our aim is to capture the emotions and vibe of your day, not force awkward poses. We love shadows, movement, rich tones, and details that evoke nostalgia.

We've never had photos taken. How do we pose?
Totally normal! Most of our couples are not models. We’ll gently guide you with natural prompts and playful moments to bring out your chemistry. No awkward stiff poses—just relaxed, fun direction that makes you look and feel amazing.

How do we book?
All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. To lock in your date:

Fill out a short questionnaire.

Sign the contract.

Pay a 25% deposit. Once done, your date is officially secured.

Do you do pencil bookings?
We don’t offer pencil bookings. Your date is secured only after both the deposit and signed contract are received.

Do you recommend a second shooter?
Absolutely—especially for weddings with 10+ hours coverage, larger guest lists, or multiple locations. A second photographer or videographer ensures nothing gets missed—like groom prep, cocktail hour, guest reactions, and alternative angles. It allows us to capture every important moment seamlessly without rushing.

Why should we book PHOTO + VIDEO with one team?
Working with one integrated team ensures smooth coordination, better timeline management, and consistent style. We work together regularly, so we know how to flow around each other, avoid blocking shots, and support the day’s rhythm. One team = less stress and better results.

Do you travel?
Yes! Travel within 50km of Melbourne is included. For weddings beyond this, a travel fee may apply (calculated based on distance and duration). Interstate or international weddings may require flights, transport, and accommodation coverage. Ask us for a custom quote.

How many photos will we receive?
It varies depending on the event’s scale and structure, but generally:

8-hour coverage: 400–600 edited images

10–12 hour coverage: 600–800+ photos All photos are individually edited and delivered in high resolution.

When will we receive our photos/videos?

Photo sneak peek: within 7 days

Full photo gallery: 4–6 weeks (may extend to 8 weeks during peak season)

Highlight video: 6–8 weeks

Full video packages (ceremony, speeches, long edits): 8–12 weeks max

What if we lose our photos/videos?
We strongly recommend you download everything and back it up once received. While your online gallery is live for 6 months, it is your responsibility to save all files. Re-uploading may incur a fee.

How do you back up our files?
We shoot to dual SD cards for instant redundancy. Files are backed up to multiple hard drives and secure cloud storage. Your memories are safe with us.

Can we order prints or albums?
Yes! You can order premium albums and prints directly from your online gallery. Albums are fully customisable (size, number of photos, materials) and handcrafted. Ask us for a sample.

What if we need to reschedule?
If rescheduling due to unforeseen events (illness, travel bans, etc.), we’ll do our best to accommodate the new date depending on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Do you offer RAW files?
We don’t provide unedited RAW files. Your final photos and videos are curated and edited to reflect our brand and quality standards.

What happends if you're sick or unable to attend?
We have a reliable team of professional photographers and videographers who can step in, and we’ll ensure your wedding is still captured beautifully. We take contingencies seriously.

Can we meet before booking?
Absolutely! We offer a free consultation via Zoom or in-person (Melbourne-based) to go over packages, the process, and answer any questions. We want to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
